Shaffer Farms is pleased to introduce you to our new Blue Planet Straws. Grown of sturdy straw grass, cut to classic 5 and 8 inch lengths and cured to a honey brown, they are very traditional, inexpensive single use straws that look amazing and really nice to use.

Naturally heat safe they save money as dual purpose straw/stirrers for hot coffee. They ship in boxes of 500 and also packaged for resale in 50s. Safety wrapping is available. Pallet freight pricing available on request. 

My name is Gerald Shaffer, founder of Shaffer Farms. Three years ago I started growing straw grass to make straws in the traditional way. I rediscovered the art of growing straws and that together we can reduce costs, waste and our mutual carbon footprint simply by going old school. Today we ship globally but are based in Roberts Creek so locals can pick up orders or have us autoship monthly for free.
